10 minutes to establish heavy
4 reps for the day. Then
E2MOM 2×4 @ 90% of established
4 reps.
WOD:
EOMOM for 20 Minutes
Even: 15 wall balls 20/14 to 10′
Odd: 100m Run
If you fail to complete even or odd
minute rep scheme, must take off the
following minute. Score is total #
of rounds completed. Total of 20
rounds.
