TEAMS OF TWO
WOD:
Team “Annie”
50-40-30-20-10
Double Unders S:3xsingles
Sit ups
-Into-
2000/1600m row
-Into-
20 Rounds
10 ring rows
10 Alt rev. lunge steps

In team “Annie” one teammate will work at a
time. The first teammate will complete the
50 double unders & sit ups. The next teammate
do the same. It will go back & fourth until all
reps are complete. In the row teammates
will break it up 500/400m. In the 20 rounds
only one teammate works at a time.
