At Home WOD for Apr. 2nd

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CrossFit is running an online three week Open Style Competition.
You can participate for free or donate to a box of your choosing.
If donating to MKG our affiliate is listed as CrossFit at MKG.  The
workouts will be classic and accessible that can be performed by
participants of any ability level. CrossFit will announce workouts
on Fridays. We will program the workouts the following three Mondays.
However you may do them whenever you like prior to 4/24.

Registration will take place on games.crossfit.com/open beginning on
Wednesday, April 1, and will remain open for the duration of the competition.

WOD:
With Equipment:
5 x 3:00 AMRAP, Resting 1 minute between
AMRAP 3
6 Burpees
8 Alt. DB Snatch Squats
10 lateral Over-and-back DB hops
*Over and back = 1 rep

Without Equipment:
5 x 3:00 AMRAP, Resting 1 minute between
AMRAP 3
6 Burpees
8 Donkey kicks
10 lateral Over-and-back-Odd object
*Over and back = 1 rep

Pick up where you left off in the next
AMRAP.

Score is total rounds+reps for the
5 Rounds.

If you do not have the mobility
to snatch squat you’ll perform
a power snatch instead.
