“Fight Gone Bad” Style
Minute 1: Burpees
Minute 2: Med ball cleans
Minute 3: Lateral hops over DB
Minute 4: Jumping lunges
Minute 5: Ab-mat sit ups
Minute 6: REST
*Score is total reps for all
three rounds.

If you don’t have a Med ball
sub goblet squat or air squat.

A sub for jumping lunges is
alternating lunge steps.

If you don’t have a DB to do
lateral hops jump over an object
close in height.
