line).

20 Single arm DB hang snatch
On the 7:00
3 Rounds
10 Sit ups
20 Single arm DB hang clean & jerk
On the 14:00
3 Rounds
10 sit ups
20 Single arm DB Push press
*on the DB movements, alternate
hands every 5 reps.
*Your rest is the remaining time
after finishing the 3 rounds.
