CROSSFIT MKG SCHEDULE

 

Classes start on the hour. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to wait for the next class to start.

More class times coming soon!  If you’re already a member, or are seriously interested in enrolling, and don’t see a time that works for you please send us a message and your request.  We’ll happily add times if there is enough demand.


NEW TO CROSSFIT?

If you are a new member without prior experience that is just fine.  We have On-Ramp cycles starting frequently and we can get you going in no time.  Space is strictly limited so reserve your spot right away!   If you can’t make the scheduled On-Ramp classes don’t worry.  We have one-on-one training options available in place of the On-Ramp series.

NEW  MEMBERS WITH EXPERIENCE 

If you have prior experience one of our coaches will determine whether On-Ramp is appropriate or we get you going immediately in regular classes.  Call us at 206-367-0981 to schedule an appointment or use our contact form below or on the right and we’ll call you as soon as possible.
