CROSSFIT MKG SCHEDULE –
Classes start on the hour. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to wait for the next class to start.
More class times coming soon! If you’re already a member, or are seriously interested in enrolling, and don’t see a time that works for you please send us a message and your request. We’ll happily add times if there is enough demand.
If you are a new member without prior experience we offer an in-class On Ramp program. Our programming allows someone new to CrossFit to participate in on going class. Our 1 month program consist of 3 classes per week where you choose the days and class times specifically for On Ramp members (Mon-Thur: 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Friday evening is 5:00pm and 6:00pm). In that month, you will learn all 9 foundational CrossFit movements along with other essential movements in a safe and fun environment.
NEW MEMBERS WITH EXPERIENCE
