PRIVATE  LESSONS

crossfit for beginnersBefore joining group/regular CrossFit classes it is very important to learn the foundational movements and concepts correctly to prevent injury and for the safety of fellow classmates.  We gear our classes for all levels but if you would feel more comfortable starting out with 1-on-1 private lessons, we do offer private or small group personal training.

When working individually we can compress the required skills, movements and concepts into 3 x 60 minute sessions.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our private lesson on-ramp courses are typically priced between $60-120 + tax  1-on-1 sessions.  You can find the most up-to-date price on our MKG Seattle store here.
