PRIVATE ON-RAMP | 3 SESSIONS
Before joining group/regular CrossFit classes it is very important to learn the foundational movements and concepts correctly to prevent injury and for the safety of fellow classmates. Almost every CrossFit gym in the world requires an on-ramp course for beginners.
The CrossFit MKG On-Ramp curriculum usually consists of 6 lessons/workouts taught in a small group session. We have found that many people need a more flexible schedule and our 1-on-1 private lesson on-ramp is the solution for beginners.
When working individually we can compress the required skills, movements and concepts into 3 x 60 minute sessions.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Our private lesson on-ramp courses are typically priced between $180 to $220 + tax for these 1-on-1 sessions. CROSSFIT | PRIVATE TRAINING
