WOD for Apr. 20th

Team Workout:
“Hold On”
Teams of two

Partner A: holds a wall sit while Partner B:
performs 40 KB swings (RX:53/35). Once reps
are completed teammates will switch places.

-Partners perform 20 burpees each-

Partner A: holds a handstand while Partner B:
performs 25 Pull Ups. Once reps are
completed teammates will switch places.

-Partners perform 20 burpees each-

Partner A holds a plank (elbows) while partner
B runs 200M. Once run is completed teammates
will switch places.

-Partners perform 20 burpees each-

Partner A: holds the bottom of a squat
while Partner B: performs 6 rope climbs.
Once reps are completed teammates will
switch places.

-Partners perform 20 burpees each-

Partner A: hangs from a bar while Partner
B: performs 25 push ups. Once reps are
completed teammates will switch places.

-Partners perform 20 burpees each-

-40 Minute time cap-
*If partner “holding” one of the movements
stops, other partner must also stop.
