*Teams can break reps/calories
as they choose, but must be 50-50.

*In the wall sit teammates must be in
it at the same time. If one teammate
drops the other teammate must stop.
There is a 20 burpee penalty if team
dtops before 2 minutes.

*400m relay run – switch every 200m
