Clean pull (pause at shin)
then complete Power clean
*build to technical limit
not to exceed 60% of 1RM

AMRAP 3
3 Power cleans
Rx:135/95 S:95/65
6 push ups
9 Air squats
Rest 1 minute
Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
