Karen*: 150 Wall Balls P:20/14
*Each time you stop doing continuous,
unbroken wall balls, stop and perform
10 burpees
-Rest 3 minutes-
Finisher:
If you finished in:
Under 10 Minutes: 50 Cal AD
Between 10-15 Minutes: 75 Cal AD
Over 15 Minutes: 100 Cal AD
